Hi, I’m Amanda Collins.
For over 20 years, I worked inside fast-paced C-Suite and administration offices supporting CEOs, Chairmen, and senior leaders across complex, high-stakes environments. I was the right hand responsible for creating order out of operational complexity - managing everything from high-level scheduling and team operations to HR, recruitment, and financial processes.
But along the way, I noticed a recurring pattern: even the most brilliant founders and business leaders often hit a ceiling of extreme cognitive overload.
They don't fail from a lack of vision or passion. They struggle because their systems haven't grown with them, their inbox is overflowing, and the sheer weight of mental load leaves no space to lead intentionally.
I created Creating Clarity Collective to change that. By combining certified ADHD coaching with high-level operational and executive support, I help founders clear the mental chaos, protect their energy, and build sustainable systems that work with their brains - not against them.
