Creating Clarity at Work

ADHD Workplace Coaching & Access to Work ADHD Coaching

Practical, personalised coaching to help you work with your ADHD brain and not constantly fight against it.

Whether you're employed, running your own business or leading a team, ADHD can make the demands of work feel disproportionately difficult.

You might be brilliant at the big ideas but struggle to get started on the small things. You may constantly feel behind, overwhelmed by competing priorities, lose track of time or find yourself relying on last-minute pressure just to get things done.

Creating Clarity at Work is specialist 1:1 ADHD workplace coaching designed to help you understand what's getting in your way and develop practical strategies that genuinely work for you.

Does this sound familiar?

You might:

  • Know exactly what you need to do but still can't seem to start

  • Have 27 things that all feel equally urgent

  • Spend your day reacting rather than working on what matters

  • Regularly underestimate how long things will take

  • Create new systems, only to abandon them a few weeks later

  • Swing between intense hyperfocus and complete overwhelm

  • Find emails, admin or routine tasks disproportionately difficult

  • Overcommit because judging your actual capacity is hard

  • Feel exhausted from trying to appear organised and on top of everything

  • Have been diagnosed later in life and be wondering how much of your working life suddenly makes sense

You're not looking for another productivity system. You need strategies designed around the way your brain actually works.

What we can work on:

Creating Clarity at Work is personalised to you, your role and the particular barriers ADHD creates in your working life.

Coaching may include executive function, prioritisation, procrastination and task initiation, time management, planning, working memory, organisation, managing competing demands, overwhelm, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, delegation, energy management, hyperfocus and creating sustainable ways of working.

The aim isn't to make you work like somebody without ADHD.

It's to help you find your way of working well.

I particularly support...

Founders & business owners

Running a business can magnify ADHD challenges.

You're not managing one job. You're managing clients, sales, finances, emails, marketing, strategy, administration, people while probably having another three business ideas before breakfast.

My background in executive and operational support means I understand the practical realities of running a business as well as the ADHD challenges behind them.

We'll work on strategies that help you manage those demands more effectively rather than me stepping in and doing the work for you.

Late-diagnosed adults
A later ADHD diagnosis can be incredibly validating — and also leave you reassessing decades of your life.

Coaching gives you somewhere to explore what ADHD actually looks like for you, understand patterns that previously didn't make sense and start building strategies based on that understanding.

Women navigating perimenopause & menopause

Hormonal changes can affect ADHD symptoms and the strategies that previously helped you cope may suddenly feel much less effective.

Coaching can help you reassess your workload, capacity, systems, boundaries and ways of working
during this transition.

Coaching does not replace medical advice or menopause treatment.

The Creating Clarity at Work programme

Where appropriate, coaching can follow a structured 12-session programme, tailored to your individual needs.

We start by identifying your particular workplace barriers and what you'd genuinely like to change.

From there, we can explore areas such as planning and prioritisation, task initiation, time and workload management, systems that work with your brain, overwhelm, communication and boundaries, sustainable capacity and developing your own personal ADHD operating system.

We'll measure progress along the way, adapt strategies that aren't working and finish by creating your personalised Clarity at Work Plan.

So you don't leave coaching with a pile of notes.

You leave knowing what works for you.

About your coach

Hi, I'm Amanda.

I'm an ADHD Coach trained with ADHD Works, having completed CPD-certified specialist ADHD coach training, with a professional background supporting founders and senior leaders with the practical and operational demands of running organisations.

I particularly work with founders and business owners, late-diagnosed adults and women navigating ADHD alongside perimenopause and menopause.

My coaching style is practical, collaborative and non-judgemental. I'm less interested in telling you how you should work and much more interested in figuring out why something isn't working and what we can change to make it easier.

I also bring lived experience of being diagnosed with ADHD later in life so I understand that sometimes the biggest moment of clarity is realising:

“Oh. THAT'S why I do that.”

What happens next?

1. Tell me a little about you
Complete the short enquiry form and tell me what you'd like support with. If you already have Access to Work funding, you can give me the details too.

2. We'll check we're a good fit
I'll look at what you're hoping to get from coaching and whether I'm the right person to support you.

3. We'll sort the paperwork
If you're using Access to Work funding, I'll provide the quotation and provider information you need. If you're funding coaching privately, I'll confirm your options with you.

4. We start creating clarity
We'll begin with your Initial Workplace Coaching Assessment, agree what you'd like to change and start developing strategies around your actual working life.
