Lawful bases for processing
Under UK data protection law, I must have a lawful reason for using your personal information.
Depending on the circumstances, I may rely on:
Contract – where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to provide services you have agreed to receive.
Legitimate interests – where it is reasonably necessary for operating and developing Creating Clarity Collective, responding to enquiries and managing client relationships, provided those interests do not override your rights.

Where special category information is processed, I will also ensure that an appropriate condition for processing that information applies.
Sharing your information
I do not sell your personal information.
I may share information with trusted third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate my business or provide services. This may include providers of website hosting, email, cloud storage, communications, scheduling, accounting and other business systems.
These providers may only receive the information necessary for the relevant purpose and are expected to handle personal information securely and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Some technology and service providers may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, I will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
